Floor Still Not Heating
An Electrician Is Needed
Please note this first site visit is not covered by our warranty.
An electrician is required to confirm that the Thermostat has been wired correctly. You can view our wiring diagram by selecting the correct thermostat in the "more info" menu on this site.
If the thermostat has been wired incorrectly the electrician can rewire the unit and test the system is now working.
If the electrician confirms there is power being supplied to the heating cable but no current is drawn then an additional test is required. The electrician can perform a Meggar and Ohm test and fill out the details on the Warmfloor Warranty Claim Form (see links below).
